Our mould design department understands the client’s requirement and makes a report with all needed information. Our expert designers give a complete cost analysis report in two working days, and confirm with the client.

Designing

After the evaluation process, Preliminary 2D and 3D design models are constructed to determine mold sides and steel sizes. Once these are reviewed and approved, the detailed design is finalized.

Shaping & Grinding

After designingPrecision surface grinding in plastic injection mold making is essential in order to produce high quality, high volume molds. Despite the fact that hard machining and WEDM have replaced grinding in many aspects, the need for accurate, detailed grinding remains.

Machining

We use two main methods to manufacture molds: standard Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) milling and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM).  CNC machining has become the predominant means of making more complex molds with more accurate mold details in less time than traditional methods.
